LEGAL INFORMATION
Terms & Conditions
These terms describe basic rules for using the Real Federation website and reviewing the information made available through it. Specific paid services or partner arrangements may have additional written terms.
Last updated: 21 October 2026
Please read these terms before using the website. By accessing the website, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms, to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the website.
1. About this website
The website uses the Real Federation brand and provides information about real estate business learning, training topics, project-related education, channel partner participation and related enquiries.
Content is intended to help visitors understand services and ask informed questions. A general page is not a personal recommendation, a property offer, a signed contract or a guarantee that a service is currently available.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
You must use the website only for lawful purposes and provide accurate information when submitting an enquiry or registration. You must not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit harmful code, impersonate another person or use the website to mislead others.
3. Service descriptions and changes
Service categories and educational topics may change as programmes evolve. A particular course, membership, webinar, service or project opportunity is available only if it is currently offered and the relevant conditions are satisfied.
Before paying or committing, review the specific description, deliverables, fees, schedule, eligibility, cancellation terms and any separate written agreement.
4. No guaranteed earnings, sales or business results
The website does not guarantee income, salary, commission, leads, customers, employment, appointments, transactions, appreciation or a particular return. Business results depend on individual activity, customer needs, market conditions, project availability, contractual arrangements and factors outside our control.
Any earnings example, where specifically presented, should be evaluated in context and must not be treated as a promise of a typical or future result unless the applicable written materials establish that claim appropriately.
5. Real estate and project information
Property and project details, including pricing, inventory, location, specifications, approvals, payment schedules and timelines, may change. Verify material information with the developer, authorised source or relevant official record before taking action.
Mention of a project category, developer name, place or third-party service does not by itself establish a current partnership, appointment, endorsement or authorisation. Such a relationship should be confirmed through current documentation.
6. Channel partner or membership arrangements
Accessing this website, submitting an enquiry or attending a webinar does not automatically create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise or authorised representation relationship.
Any formal relationship requires the applicable onboarding process, eligibility, documentation and written terms. Those terms should identify the parties, scope, fees, responsibilities, compensation conditions, duration, termination and other material obligations.
7. Payments, cancellations and refunds
Where a paid service is offered, the amount and applicable payment, cancellation and refund terms should be disclosed before purchase. Please read the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any service-specific terms.
Nothing in these terms removes a legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, original website content, branding, layout, graphics and learning materials are owned by Real Federation or the relevant rights holder. You may access the website for personal or authorised business evaluation, but you may not copy, sell, publish or commercially reuse protected material without permission except as permitted by law.
Third-party names, marks and material remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate restrictions.
9. User submissions
When you send an enquiry, feedback or other content, you confirm that it is lawful and that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit confidential third-party data or sensitive identity and payment information through ordinary forms or email unless a secure process is specifically provided.
We may use the information in your submission to answer you, administer the related service, maintain records and meet legal obligations, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
10. Third-party websites and providers
The website may link to external registration pages, payment providers, email platforms, project websites or other services. Those services may be controlled by third parties and governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
You should check their information, security and contractual conditions before using them. A link is not by itself an endorsement or guarantee of third-party conduct.
11. Availability and accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to maintain useful information but do not promise that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or continuously updated. We may correct, update, suspend or remove content when appropriate.
Where information is material to a purchase, project or legal decision, obtain direct confirmation before relying on it.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Real Federation is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of general website information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, consumer rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
13. Indemnity for misuse
Where permitted by law, a user may be responsible for losses or claims caused by their unlawful use of the website, infringement of third-party rights or material breach of these terms. This provision does not apply beyond what applicable law allows.
14. Privacy and email communication
Use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Email preferences and marketing communication are described in our Email Communication Policy. Please review those documents as well.
15. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. The updated date will be changed when revisions are made. Where a separate agreement controls a particular service, consult that agreement for the rules that apply to the transaction.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are subject to the applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by a competent court or forum determined under applicable law. This clause does not prevent a consumer from exercising a mandatory right to approach a forum available under law.
17. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to connect@realfederationhq.com. Please identify the page or service concerned so we can understand your question.
Important: If Real Federation uses a separate registered legal entity to contract, invoice or receive payments, make sure the relevant entity is accurately identified in the applicable offer, invoice and agreement.
18. Severability
If a provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue to apply, subject to applicable law.
19. No waiver
A delay or failure to exercise a right under these terms does not automatically mean that the right has been waived. Any waiver should be clear and consistent with applicable law.
20. Entire understanding for website use
These terms and the policies linked on this website describe general website use. A separate written agreement, order form or service-specific set of terms may govern a paid programme or partner arrangement. Where documents conflict, the applicable contract and mandatory law must be considered.
21. Language and interpretation
Headings are included for ease of reading and do not limit the meaning of a provision. If a translation is provided, the version identified as controlling in the relevant agreement should be consulted, subject to applicable law.
22. Contact for terms questions
Send questions to connect@realfederationhq.com. State the page or service that concerns you, and avoid including passwords or other sensitive account credentials.
