REAL FEDERATION

Explore real estate project categories

Real Federation provides learning and project-related information to help aspiring consultants understand the questions to ask and the details to verify before communicating with a prospective buyer.

Project categories you may come across

Real estate is not a single product. Residential, commercial, land and other property-related offerings can differ substantially in intended use, risk, documentation, eligibility and transaction process.

The examples below explain broad categories for educational purposes. They are not a live inventory, offer to sell, investment recommendation or statement that a particular developer or property is currently affiliated with Real Federation.

⌂

Residential property

Apartments, homes and other residential developments. Important details may include configuration, location, total price, possession timeline and applicable approvals.

▥

Commercial property

Office, retail and other commercial assets. Review permitted use, lease or occupancy details, ongoing costs, documentation and relevant market conditions.

◇

Land and plotted development

Plots or land-related opportunities. Verify title, permitted land use, layout approval, access, utilities and any restrictions with the appropriate sources.

◎

Investment-related structures

Certain offerings may use specialised ownership or investment structures. These require careful review of legal structure, liquidity, risk, fees and regulatory status.

⌖

Different locations

Properties in different cities or countries have different laws, taxes, documentation and transaction practices. Local verification is essential.

▣

Project-specific information

Each project may have its own approved information, pricing, eligibility, availability, commission terms and authorised communication rules.

How to review a project responsibly

Before presenting a project to a prospective client, ensure the information you use is current, accurate and appropriate for your role. Marketing material should not replace documents or confirmations from the developer or authorised source.

  • Confirm the exact legal name of the developer and the project.
  • Check the project’s applicable registration or approval details through the relevant official source.
  • Verify price, charges, taxes, payment plan, availability and possession information.
  • Ask which brochures, images and claims you are authorised to distribute.
  • Disclose material limitations and avoid claims that are not supported by documents.
  • Keep a record of when information was received and when it was last checked.

What project information does not mean

A category shown on this website does not mean a specific property is available now, that Real Federation is appointed by the developer, or that a particular commission or return is payable.

Any project relationship must be confirmed through current written authorisation, a valid agreement or other reliable documentation. Do not rely on a logo, verbal statement or old brochure as proof of an active arrangement.

  • Availability and prices may change without notice.
  • No appreciation, rental yield, profit, liquidity or resale outcome is guaranteed.
  • Foreign or cross-border property activity may involve additional legal, tax and foreign-exchange requirements.
  • Where a specialised investment product is involved, seek independent professional advice.

How Real Federation may support learning

Learn

Project terminology

Become familiar with common terms and the information a buyer may reasonably request.

Review

Information checklist

Use a consistent checklist to identify missing information and items requiring confirmation.

Communicate

Clear explanations

Present only approved, current facts and make clear when something requires confirmation.

Escalate

Refer questions

Direct legal, tax, technical or investment questions to the qualified or authorised person who can answer them.

Know your role before discussing a project.

Participation may require onboarding, training, identity documents, compliance checks, a signed agreement or project-specific authorisation. Requirements are not necessarily the same for every project.

Do not collect money from clients, promise benefits or represent yourself as an authorised agent unless the relevant agreement and law permit that activity.
